What my program is about!

I want to help as many people achieve a fit & healthy lifestyle

 

My program is tailored to push you to your limits, whilst focusing on sustainable habits that you can maintain for the rest of your life.

 

In my program I provide an abundance of knowledge, from fitness & nutrition courses absolutely stacked with key topics of knowledge, to fitness & nutrition ebooks mirroring my courses in written and diagram form aswell as the add of a few additional topics, aswell as a meal recipe book with macros & calories made for you.

 

You will have access to whichever hybrid training plan you select, including ironman training plans from olympic, 70.3, 140.6, to combining lifting/calesthenics and running, to training plans to PB your next hyrox event, aswell as a variety of running plans ranging from 5k - 42.2km

MY STORY

Let’s get a bit deeper...

 

From the age of 13 I realised I was pretty good at footy, since then I have always pushed myself and dedicated my training to make the AFL, but after reconstructive surgery at the critical ages of 15-17 I never really got my shot, however I gave it my absolute best effort to were I reached the VFL level aswell as winning 4x senior BNFs at my local football club. Not bad considering the doctor told me I may never be able to play again & basically having to relearn how to walk again…

 

To be honest with you, the process messed me up pretty bad…

 

I went through a lot of self doubt and had a very negative mental state. I realised just how important exercise is too me & the need to move my body.

The passion grew larger by the day to were I realised I want to help others achieve a healthy lifestyle. 6 years down the track of experience I have helped 100’s of people achieve there fitness goals. Something I hold near & dear to me.

 

I’m a dreamer, always have been & always will be, my vision is now to qualify for the Ironman world championships & hyrox pro world championships… 

 

Did I mention I was a dreamer? Well there’s more, my real goal is to make & win the elite 15 in hyrox

What doesn’t challenge you doesn’t change you, that’s why I like to set my goals & standards extremely high, as it will take my very best effort to raise my standard & achieve it. Going all in but not going all consumed, focusing on balance aswell as the positives that fitness does for my life.

 

Health & fitness is so much more than just looking good, its about moving your body, challenging yourself to where you didn’t think you could go, ultimately resulting in being stronger mentally physically and emotionally, spiritually. 

This is why I train hybrid, it always finds a way to get me out of my comfort zone with an endless amount of opportunities & goals to choose from. 

It is also how I have managed to get the best out of my clients over the past 6 years of coaching.

 

With those 6 years of experience I have successfully created my own coaching app with everything I have learnt to help you achieve your fitness goals.

Coaching is such a big passion off mine as I really want to impact as many peoples lifestyles as possible.
