I live & breathe health & fitness, pushing myself to the limits in multiple different fitness categories over the last decade
Football, Ironman 70.3, Marathon, Ultramarathon, Weightlifting, Bodybuilding, Calisthenics, Hyrox
Since the age of 13 footy training has always been my top priority, therefor making it hard to truly advanced in all these above categories. (Yep I’ve been a fitness nut since I was 13)
The goal is now to qualify for the Ironman world championships
Aswell as the Hyrox world championships in the pro division. (If I’m being honest, the elite 15…)
Aswell as helping as many people as I can to achieve there fitness goals!

If I am a newbie, can I still do your programs?
Absolutely! Fitness isn’t only for the elites, it’s for everyone! I’ve got programs from newbie to pro

How do I know this is a good investment?
I dont release any program that I haven’t done myself, I know the exact blueprint to get you to your goal, because I have done it myself aswell have had over 6 years of experience in helping different fitness levels get fitter faster and stronger.

Do I need equipment to do your programs?
Although I do suggest to have equipment or gym membership, It’s depends on the workout! I have plenty of workouts that don’t require equipment. Especially my running programs!

What makes your program different?
I don’t worry about the competition, I focus on how can I best help others achieve the fitness that I have achieved & to enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle
To do that each program includes 2 detailed course covering all things fitness & nutrition.
My content is fresh informative and motivating!

How much does your programs cost?
Each program is $99 a month, just $24.99 a week, packed with all the benefits and knowledge required to get you to your goal!
My main goal is to positively impact as many life’s as I can, to do that I not only get you results, but I make it impossible to NOT achieve financially. With 1 less Maccas trip per week you can have a full programming and coaching service.
